蕃茄麻油雞面線

話說今日十點開會,點知六個得四個嚟。
又,其實我地只練咗一個鐘...
點解我要咁早返學校呢?

午餐响學校食面包,而晚餐呢,
蕃茄麻油雞面線

材料:
 只不過係麻油雞加蕃茄加蘑菇加雞脾(笑),
仲有好多米酒。
好味好暖身。

Taiwanese Sesame Oil Chicken Stew
Ingredients:

1 chicken thigh
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 small piece ginger, sliced
1 tbsp sesame oil
125 ml rice wine
250 ml water

Instruction:
Heat the sesame oil in a pot.
Add the garlic and ginger and cook on low heat until the ingredients turn golden brown.
Add the chicken thigh, cook until it turns golden brown on both side.
Add the wine and water, and cook on high heat this time until the water get boiled.
Turn to low heat again and let it cook for 7-10 mins.
Enjoy ~

I added tomatoes and mushroom when I added the chicken thigh for my "weird" version because I am bored of the traditional one.
 I guess i should stick with the traditional one lol.
