日記拾肆

食完上海菜今日食西餐。
仍然係 Chef Yan主理

Fennel and Cucumber Salad in Orange Vinaigrette with Ricotta Biscuit
估唔到嘅配搭,個沙律好新鮮同爽口但嗰餅嘅口感就較為軟。
只係嗰餅我都可以食多幾塊,可惜要留肚...

Marinated Mushrooms and Green Peppers
酸酸地好開胃,不過唔該下次用焗爐小心D,莫卡王子膽細。


Polenta and Braised Short Ribs with Jus
好食到笑。
肉質超淋,據聞煮咗五個鐘(嘩),
又,第一次食polenta,質感有趣,似食緊滑蛋。
個汁真係正到齋飲我都無問題(笑)。
